SENDING BACK TO CLIENT (INBOX ITEMS)

 

When a client sends back an incomplete questionnaire, intake form, or case form, rather than accepting it into the system and re-sending the item to the client, you're able to use the "Send back to client" functionality to make it available in the client portal again for them to complete. 

 

  1. From the mailbox module, find the item you need to send back to the client, and click the open icon.
  2.  On the form toolbar, click the Send back to Client button.
  3. A pop-up will appear asking which method you'd like to utilize to send the item back to the client with.
    1. Email Questionnaire back will provide a messaging template for you to complete. Once you click the Email button, the item will be removed from your Inbox and be back to accessible within the client portal.
    2. Send Intake Form Back with Passwordless Link allow you to Send the item back either via SMS (optional SMS module required), Email, or allow you to copy a hyperlink to your clipboard for use outside of the eimmigration application.
