CALENDAR SHARING

 

If you have multiple caseworkers you can share your calendar with other caseworkers on a read-only basis or on a fully editable basis.  In order for you to see other users' calendars or have other users see your calendar, it must be shared.  To share your calendar, do the following:

 

  1. Open the calendar module.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Click the Add Caseworkers button.
  4. Search for a specific caseworker, or just click the find button to get a list of all caseworkers.
  5. Select the caseworker(s) you'd like to share your calendar with, then click the Add Caseworkers button.
  6. If you would like for the shared users to modify your calendar (add, delete, and change events), check the box for Full-Access.  Also, if you would like to stop sharing your calendar, you can click the unlink button (under the Actions column).
  7. Once another caseworker has followed the above steps to share their calendar with you, view their calendar by selecting their name from the Calendar drop down.
