HOW TO ARCHIVE A CONTACT

In the system, you cannot delete a contact or a case, however, you can archive either or both.

From the contact's profile, change the Status from “Active” to “Archived”, and click the Save Changes button.

Note: Once you archive a contact, the best way to search for a contact is to set the status to “Any” or “Archived”, they will not appear in the Active list now.
