HOW TO SCHEDULE A REPORT

NOTE: The report scheduler function is only available to users of the custom reports module.  If you would like more information, or to subscribe to custom reports, please contact your account manager.

 

  1. From the Administrative Tools, click on Scheduled Reports.
  2. Click on the Add Scheduled Report button
  3. Fill out the necessary fields, and type the message you would like to include in the email that the report recipient will receive, and click Save (Important fields are highlighted).
    1. NOTE: Only reports that have completed criteria (in other words, reports that by simply running them, show you results) will appear in the drop down. If you are looking for a report and it is not appearing, modify the custom report search criteria to comply with this.
  4. The scheduled report will appear in the scheduled reports list.
