Re-Assign Cases, Reminders, and Calendar Items to another Case-Worker (and delete the Case-worker).

In the event of caseworkers no longer needing access to the system, you may want to delete the caseworker profile. If that is the scenario, it is suggested that you re-assign linked items to a different caseworker. This article will go through those steps, then show how to delete the caseworker.

  1. In order to re-assign cases from one caseworker to another, navigate to the Administrative Tools and click on the Users button.
  2. Click on Linked Items (do this for the user that you wish to re-assign the cases, reminders, and calendar items for).
  3. Click Re-Assign.
  4. Either search for the specific caseworker, navigate through the pop-up list to find the caseworker.
  5. Click Select next to the name of the caseworker you wish to assign the items to.
  6. After the linked items have been reassigned from one user to the other, go back to the list of caseworkers, and for the caseworker you wish to delete, click Delete.
  7. Click OK
