HOW TO DELETE AN INVOICE
In order to be able to delete an invoice, you need to have the Billing module activated in your license. Billing is an Add-on Module which can be requested by contacting your sales representative.
The first 7 steps outlined will take you through the prerequisite checks needed to be enabled before even seeing the delete icon on the invoice level.
- Navigate to Administrative Tools.
- Click on Application Settings.
- Click on the Billing tab, located in the sidebar.
- Make sure the "Enable Invoice Deletion" box is checked. If it is not, check it, and click Save.
- At the top of your page, click on File>Users
- Open the caseworker account that you wish to allow access to invoice deletion.
- Scroll to the access rights table, and mark the Billing>Invoice box for invoice deletion access. Once you mark the proper box, click the Save button.
- Navigate back to the Caseworker Portal.
- Open the case where the invoice you wish to delete is located, and make your way to the Invoices tab.
- Click the Delete button for the invoice you'd like to delete.
- Confirm the action by clicking OK.
