HOW TO ASSIGN AN EMPLOYER SIGNATORY TO A CASE
- From the case level, click on the Case Parties tab.
- Click on the Link Case Party button.
- Type the name of the Business, and click the entry once it appears.
- Once you select the name, set the role as Employer, choose the business address, and the Signatory. Click Link Party.
- The Employer has now been linked. If at any point you need to change the Address and Signatory for the employer assocaited with this case, use the drop downs under the Settings column.
