ACCESSING ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS

If you do not have administrative access, it is because the administrator for your account has not provided such access to you. If you believe that you should have administrative access and are the account holder, please Email us at support@cerenade.com

1. Hover over the gear icon in the top right corner of your page.
   
2. Click on Administrative Tools.
