Please see below for recent updates to eimmigration and eCMS. 

You can now receive automatic email notifications when documents are approaching expiration. Administrators can configure notification intervals directly in the Admin Portal, giving teams better visibility and more control over time-sensitive documents.

A new Chrome extension enables direct import of data from CBP systems into the application, reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors. The extension is designed to streamline intake and data collection workflows by allowing relevant information to be captured and transferred with fewer steps. Intelligent Form Intakes allow questionnaires associated with a specific form to be sent together in a single step, eliminating the need to distribute questionnaires and forms separately. Questionnaires and the underlying form can be delivered in different languages to support easier review and completion when needed. As questionnaires are completed, form fields are automatically populated, streamlining intake, reducing back-and-forth, and improving overall data consistency.

The E-Filer Chrome Extension streamlines the USCIS e-filing process by enabling documents and form data to be prepared and transferred more efficiently during online submissions. The extension helps reduce duplicate data entry, supports more consistent filings, and simplifies the overall e-filing workflow for users working directly within USCIS systems.

eForms Engine Enhancements
The eForms engine was upgraded to deliver faster load times, improved responsiveness, and greater reliability when working with forms. Keyboard navigation was also expanded to support tab and shift+tab movement between editable areas across form pages. These improvements provide a smoother user experience while laying the groundwork for future enhancements.

Custom date formats allow organizations to standardize how dates are displayed across the system based on regional preferences. This improves clarity, reduces confusion, and ensures a consistent experience for all users.

Multiple Payment Gateways
Support for multiple payment gateways allows credit card and ACH payments to be routed to different accounts within LawPay or Braintree PayPal. This removes the limitation of a single operating account and provides greater flexibility in how payments are managed and allocated.

Add Client Documents to Document Assembly
Document Assembly now supports including existing documents from a case or client profile directly into the assembled output. Selected documents can be combined, downloaded, or emailed together in a single file, simplifying document organization and distribution.
