SUBPROCESSORS

This Subprocessors page forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, Cerenade’s Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”). Cerenade engages the subprocessors listed below to support the delivery of the Services.

- Required subprocessors are engaged as part of Cerenade’s standard infrastructure and are necessary to provide the Services.
- Optional subprocessors are engaged only where applicable based on Customer configuration, feature usage, or service selection.
Updates to this Page
Cerenade may update this Subprocessors page from time to time, including to add or replace subprocessors.
In accordance with Section 5 of the DPA, Cerenade will provide notice of any intended addition or replacement of a Subprocessor prior to the new Subprocessor processing Customer Personal Data. Customers may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable grounds relating to the protection of Personal Data within the timeframe set forth in the DPA.
