Each Cerenade product subscription gives access to user guides full of feature descriptions, walkthroughs, screenshots, and videos to offer a comprehensive means of understanding every aspect of the product. The user guides are searchable and easy to navigate, and include FAQs with solutions to common questions.
Cerenade offers a comprehensive video-based academy for product education, including the most comprehensive library in legal case + practice software. Cerenade Academy on YouTube hosts an expansive library of videos that make learning our feature-rich products simple and enjoyable. Our content and training team regularly releases new videos to educate Cerenade product users on both newly released functionality as well as popular older functionality that users request videos for.
Cerenade Forum is an active Facebook group where product subscribers can chat among themselves and with Cerenade support employees. The most common use case for Cerenade Forum is to discuss product features; however, members are permitted to use the forum to discuss industry news and trends as well as connect with colleagues.
