Each new subscription to eCMS includes private training via web conference. Our onboarding and training team first ensures that users have the product set up correctly and appropriately configured to their organization’s needs. Then, users receive private training through two types of sessions:

Every Friday, Cerenade hosts a live training webinar for eCMS users to learn pro tips and tricks on how to best utilize the platform. Each eCMS subscription comes with a user guide full of feature descriptions, walkthroughs, screenshots, and videos to offer a comprehensive means of understanding every aspect of the product. The user guide is searchable and easy to navigate, and includes FAQs with solutions to common questions.
Cerenade Forum is an active Facebook group where eCMS subscribers can chat among themselves and with Cerenade support employees. The most common use case for Cerenade Forum is to discuss eCMS features; however, eCMS subscribers are permitted to use the forum to discuss industry news and trends as well as connect with colleagues.
