Cerenade’s support team members are extensively trained to provide eIMMIGRATION customers with a first-class support experience. Our friendly, professional, and knowledgeable team is multilingual and consists of both fluent English and Spanish speakers. In order to maximize customer satisfaction (and minimize frustration), the goal of our support team is to resolve your questions and/or issues at the first point of contact. Your own account manager

Each eIMMIGRATION customer receives an account manager that they can contact regarding any question – even the most technical. You can connect with your account manager live or off-the-clock, depending on whatever is most convenient with your schedule.

Premium support is included

Unlike competing immigration practice software, you do not need to pay extra to gain premium access to our support staff. There is no need for different layers of support given Cerenade’s ongoing substantial operating investment in maintaining a large, efficient, and unconstrained support team. If you find a bug, we want to be the first to know about it. If you have any issue, we would like to address it immediately.

Cerenade offers the most comprehensive video-based academy for product education in legal case + practice software. Cerenade Academy on YouTube hosts an expansive library of videos that make learning the feature-rich eIMMIGRATION simple and enjoyable. Our content and training team regularly releases new videos to educate eIMMIGRATION users on both newly released functionality as well as popular older functionality that users request videos for.

Private Product Training

Each new subscription to eIMMIGRATION includes private training via web conference. Our onboarding and training team first ensures that users have the product set up correctly and appropriately configured to their organization’s needs. Then, users receive private training through two types of sessions:

Weekly Live Training Webinars

Every Friday, Cerenade hosts a live training webinar for eIMMIGRATION users to learn pro tips and tricks on how to best utilize the platform. Each webinar includes dedicated time for Q&A where users can chat with Cerenade staff and other users about eIMMIGRATION, discuss trends in immigration, or simply say hello and meet new colleagues.

User Guides and FAQs

Each eIMMIGRATION subscription comes with a user guide full of feature descriptions, walkthroughs, screenshots, and videos to offer a comprehensive means of understanding every aspect of the product. The user guide is searchable and easy to navigate, and includes FAQs with solutions to common questions.

Cerenade Forum

Cerenade Forum is an active Facebook group where eIMMIGRATION subscribers can chat among themselves and with Cerenade support employees. The most common use case for Cerenade Forum is to discuss eIMMIGRATION features; however, eIMMIGRATION subscribers are permitted to use the forum to discuss industry news and trends as well as connect with colleagues.

Back in 1993, when we were known as Multimedia Abacus (try saying that 10 times fast), we released our first Windows-based immigration practice management solution to replace antiquated and rudimentary DOS-based solutions. This practice of challenging the status quo through the latest and greatest software development practices have allowed us to serve our customers with cutting-edge technology to modernize their business practices, enable automation, and improve productivity.
• While immigration has always been a sweet spot for us, we have also enjoyed a breadth and depth of experience serving organizations across the government (including the US Department of State and NASA), corporate enterprises, and other legal practice areas. • Deep experience in product design and software development, including timeless knowledge of how to regularly assess our products, critically identify new latest-and-greatest design principles (versus fads) across our frontend UI and backend tech stack, and seamlessly apply such new principles with minimal interruption to new users.
