Important: This update is for existing and new installations of EIMMIGRATION.

Following new features/upgrades are included in V2.4 (August 2006 release).

New Features

New Homepage layout includes expiration dates, shortcuts to most used sections and important information.
Daily Immigration News are displayed in the Homepage.
Top Naviagation bars includes a "Map" of where you are (Example: Home>Contact File>John Doe).
New Section Educational History added to the Contact File.
New Section History in Contact File contains Previous Addresses, Marriage, Employment and Educational History.
Error message is displayed if a file is not succesfully uploaded.
Conflict management prevents creating duplicate Contact Files.
Email address can be displayed in the advanced reports for cases as Additional Information.
Forms ETA-9089, ETA9035F can now be filed electronically from within eImmigration.
Forms can now be emailed as a link. Contacts, corporate users can then open form and update. A log entry is made into comments section of case automatically.
Print Data Only Attorney/paralegal can now print only DATA of the form.
Administrator may Enable/Disable attorneys/paralegals. Disabling an attorney/paralegal will prevent it from being displayed in the system, but for old cases in which the attorney/paralegal was linked the name will still be displayed.

Improved/Upgraded Features

Contacts/Employers can be searched or created on the same screen, which makes navigation a lot easier.
Administrator can customize Filing Type options.
Enhanced Additional Documents/Status Section.
Employment, Marriage and Educational history can be re-ordered with one click.
Comments include importance (high/normal/low).
Comments can be made visible to employer/individual client separately (like attachments).
Comments can be emailed from the Contact File.
User Preferences can be updated in the same screen with one click.
User Preferences allow to customize if ALL sent and received questionnaires should be displayed or only those sent by the attorney/paralegal.
Once a forms is set as Complete it gets locked. It becomes READ ONLY and no data from tables/database transfers to form.


Fixed Features

Navigation Bars - Navigation bars no longer need to be clicked twice due to the Internet Explorer upgrade by Microsoft.
