First and foremost, here at Cerenade we are all wishing you, your staff, and your loved ones remain safe and in good health during this covid-19 pandemic. With that being said, we have continued to work hard on improving the software for your needs. Below is a summary and video links to new features and settings released which include: Intake Form Wizard, New E-Fileable Forms, Default Letter Templates, Batch Uploads, Pinned Logs, and Adding Jurisdictions.

Intake Form Wizard

With this feature you can now fill out the I-944, I-130, and I-90 in a questionnaire format in the case profile. Once the Intake Form Wizard is complete you can then transfer the data onto the actual form. Your client can also fill out the Intake Form Wizard through the client portal as they normally would with our standard questionnaires. Once they submit this intake form wizard you can then transfer onto the form.

New E-Filable Forms

Previously the only forms available to e-file were the DS-160, DS-260, ETA-9089, DS-156, and Icert H1B. With the creation of the Form Intake Wizard, the I-130, the I-90, and N-400 have now been added to the list of e-filable forms. This means if you have the optional module title e-file, you can do the work on eIMMIGRATION and use our e-filer to transfer the info into the USCIS site. We recommend watching Form Intake Wizard video as that is the version that is e-filable.

Default Letter Templates

You can now assign a default letter template when doing specific tasks like emailing login credentials, emailing invoices, sending questionnaires and much more. Once creating the letter template and setting it as a default, it will automatically be selected when performing that action.

Batch Uploads

This new feature allows you to upload more than one document at a time for a client. Once you have your group of documents listed, you can then sort them out to different areas of the client profile or case profile all within the same screen.

Pinned Logs

You can now pin a log so that it appears on the top when accessing your logs. This will come in handy when you want something important to remain at the top for all caseworkers to see.

Adding Jurisdiction Info

You can now add jurisdiction info in the admin tools page and select it when working on a case. This will then auto-populate onto judicial council forms asking for that info. This will be helpful for our eCMS users, however this setting has also been added to eIMMIGRATION as well.
