WORKING WITH SYSTEM (DEFAULT CASE) PROCESSES

eimmigration comes pre-loaded with a certain set of cases processes, over time you may add or remove forms, process steps, billing items, etc from these case processes.  The system process tab keeps these default processes at the ready (and are read only) in case you would ever need to refer to them or reset them back to their defaults.  Also, Cerenade has partnered  with multiple law firms to keep these case processes in accordance with standard law firm practices.
