TYPE ANYWHERE/STICKY NOTES

While editing forms, users have the ability to add 'Sticky Notes' and/or 'Type Anywhere' fields to the forms for additional notes or text. These items can be either hidden or included on the generated form pdf/printout.

1. While in a form, the form toolbar includes the below noted icon for Sticky Notes:
   
2. Once you click on the sticky note icon, the cursor will change and allow you to click anywhere on the form. Doing so will add a sticky note to the form.
   
3. While in a form, the form toolbar includes the below noted icon for type anywhere functionality:
   
4. Once you click on the type anywhere icon, the cursor will change and allow you to click anywhere on the form. Doing so will add a field to the form.
   
5. When ready to print, you can choose to print or not print both the sticky note and type anywhere fields.
   
6. From the User Preferences module, you can modify the settings for both items.
