SHIPMENT TRACKING

From within the a case, you are able to keep tracking of any shipments you may have made for the case (documents, packages, etc).

 

  1. From case profile, click on General Info>Shipments.
  2. Click Add Shipment.
  3. Fill in the appropriate information, and click Save.
  4. Once a shipment is saved, the tracking number will turn into a hyperlink so that when clicked, it will take you to the courier's website and show you the appropriate tracking information.
