JOB REQUESTS (BATCH DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS)
If you've uploaded documents to either the contact or case profiles and would like to download these items all at once, you can do so utilizing the Job Request functionality. For the below example, we'll use the Case>Documents>Documents tab, however this can also be done if you'd like to download items located in the contact profile.
- From the Documents tab (as mentioned in the intro above, we're using the Case>Documents>Documents tab in this example, however the same steps pertain to documents located in the contact profile), select the documents you'd like to batch download.
- Click the download icon.
- A pop up will appear showing you the documents that will be included in the download. Click the Continue button. Also note the text located in the blue box.
- Once the documents are ready for download, you'll receive an Email notification letting you know. This may be a near instant Email, or it may take a few minutes; this depends on the total size of the job request.
- When ready, hover over the Tools icon, and click Job Requests.
- Click on Download File. Again, note the text located in the blue box.
- The documents will download as a zip folder. Once downloaded, you can extract the files.
