HOW DOES TICKLER WORK?
The tickler keeps track of
Expiration Dates for all current documents (I-94, Passport, etc.), process steps, reminders, and custom important dates for your cases and clients.

 

  1.  Go to Tools and click on Tickler.
  2. The Tickler displays documents, process steps, and cases, ordered by their expiration date. You can also choose to view Data from ALL case workers. Finally, there is a color coded graph to provide a visual representation of all tickler items.
  3. You can also configure the date ranges for the tickler by navigating to the user preferences module, and then going to the tickler tab.
