HOW DOES TICKLER WORK?
The tickler keeps track of Expiration Dates for all current documents (I-94, Passport, etc.), process steps, reminders, and custom important dates for your cases and clients.
- Go to Tools and click on Tickler.
- The Tickler displays documents, process steps, and cases, ordered by their expiration date. You can also choose to view Data from ALL case workers. Finally, there is a color coded graph to provide a visual representation of all tickler items.
- You can also configure the date ranges for the tickler by navigating to the user preferences module, and then going to the tickler tab.
