WORKING WITH A FORM/FORMS

When working with a form, there are a some important features and functions of note.

  1. Override-able Fields
    1. These fields are calculated off of the Client profile and are one-directional in nature (meaning changes made to these fields are kept local to the form and are not reflected back in the Client profile). The text color of these fields is changed to blue to give the Caseworker a visual cue for fields whose value have been overridden locally in the form. Once the value of an Override-able field is overridden, the data population logic will not take effect any longer until/unless the override state of the field is cancelled by the Caseworker.
    2. If at any time you wish to have the given field reflect what would have auto populated from the client profile, click on the notification bar highlighted in the red box below (Note: if no data came from the client profile, and data was manually added to this field, once you click the notification, the data will be removed completely).
