HOW TO CREATE A CASE FOR AN EXISTING CONTACT

  1. From the contact's profile, click on the Cases tab.
  2. Click the Create Case button.
  3. The Case Wizard will pop-up, and take you through a guided process for creating a case.  You will choose the main case party, enter in general information, link case workers, link the appropriate case parties, and choose the necessary forms.
