ADD REMINDERS AND TRACK IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
In the contact profile you can add reminders via the Reminder tab. In addition, you can track personal documents and their expiration dates via the Documents tab.
Once the contact's profile has been opened, note the locations of the Reminders tab as well as the Documents tab.
Reminders>Reminders Tab
Once you click on the Reminders tab, click Reminders then click on Add Reminder and enter in all necessary information regarding a given reminder. When done, click Save Changes.
Reminders>Appointments Tab
Once you click on the Reminders tab, click the Appointments tab and from here, you'll see any calendar appointments that are linked to this client. From here you can edit the existing appointment or delete the appointment.
Documents Tab
The system also offers a fixed set of data fields for keeping track of standard documents (Passports, I-94s, Visas) as well as user-defined documents.
Simply click on the Documents tab and use the sub-links to track your documents. Once you enter in an expiration date for a given document. Your system will notify you as the expiration date approaches.

- Items listed in the “Document Type” drop list in the “User-defined” section are fully configurable via the Administrative Console.
