HOW TO COPY A CASE

If you've already created a case and want to create a copy of that case use the instructions below.

 

  1. From the list of cases, find the case that you'd like to copy and under the actions column, choose Copy.
  2. If needed, modify the copied case's general information (note: to avoid confusion with the original case, you may want to modify the Case Number). Click Next.
  3. Select to either copy all case parties (and to copy all case forms or not) or select to copy case parties with configurable roles. Click Save.
    1. Choosing the second option will not copy the forms, only the case parties of your choosing.
  4. Once you click Save, the case will be created, and you'll be taken to the general info tab of the newly copied case.
