COLUMN SORTING

Often times items in the History tab are not entered in a neat orderly fashion. Data may be received in batches or out of order. For this reason, you can click on the table columns and set data point to sort by. To see how this works, we'll use the Abroad Trips tab as an example. 

1. Open the client profile, and click on the history tab. As mentioned above, we're going to use Abroad Trips as the example, however this functionality applies to any item in the history tab.
   
2. In the screenshot below, the Abroad Trips have been entered, but in alphabetical order.
   
3. If you'd like to sort by any other column, such as Date Left, click on the column header. Doing so will reveal a "Row Order" pop-up. You can click the "here" text to apply the new column sorting option.
   
4. The next time you visit this section of the profile, the sorting will be saved as set in step 3.
