CALENDAR VIEWS

This article is intended to show the different views that are available within the calendar module.

 

  1. Once you open the calendar module, click on the View drop-down.
  2. You can look at the calendar in the views shown below:

You also have the option of viewing your calendar appointments along with other caseworkers' calendars (if shared), client reminders, case reminders, and case process steps.  To activate this view, use the Calendar drop and select Advanced View (Layers). Once you select Advanced View, you will see a "..." button that will allow you to make further decisions as to what you'd like to see within this view.

  4. Within the user preferences module of the caseworker portal, you can set the default view for when you first open the calendar.  You can choose from any view with the exception of the Timeline Day/Week options.  You can also decide to automatically view the Advanced View calendar.
