It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients. The team is highly responsive to myself and my staff with any questions. A respected colleague had switched over to them the year prior. My practice was 3 years old at the time, and I only wish I had used them sooner.

The best is that we have EVERYTHING in just one place; following up on clients hasn’t ever been that easy. The data you can obtain is beneficial for the company. There are a lot of upsides if you have it.

I have been Cerenade’s client for about 3 years or so, and I simply LOVE it. The software is easy to use and makes me work efficiently with my cases. I love the fact my clients can choose the language they want to answer the questionnaires! And, the customer services is OUTSTANDING.

It has been excellent, they have a great customer service, they are always willing to help you by walking you through the process, or sharing self guiding videos, trainings, etc. As a non profit it has help me to generate reports in a shorter amount of time, that other wise will take forever to do it through Excel.

The program is able to populate all the necessary forms for my business and family immigration practice. It also has a feature to be able to assist in efiling with USCIS, and the NVC. When a form doesn’t work properly, Tech Support responds promptly and usually resolves the issues within hours. I have been using the product for over 15 years now and don’t need the training helps, but they have been extremely helpful to my new staff members as they learn how to use the product.

This software goes above and beyond our expectations! Easy to learn and very straightforward. It does everything; from sending out questionnaires to new clients, auto-filling forms from those questionnaires, to sending and billing clients! Every time I have a question, the Q&A help has a video or an article easily accessible. Because I am old fashion, I like to talk to a person, so when I call customer service, I get the VIP treatment, the attention and care I appreciate as a consumer. Every time I came across an issue, the Cerenade’s Representatives are eager to promptly answer and solve any issue. The software system has been reliable for the past 2+ years.

A Lifesaver for My Legal Office. Cerenade has done a wonderful job with its Client Training Academy, allowing me to easily train my staff on the basic features of the software. In addition, it has a fairly simple user interface with a separate site for administration of the site to prevent unwanted changes.

Our experience has been very positive. We have been able to work with Cerenade to customize the system to work very well for us. The case management platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We’ve been able to customize it to meet most of our data tracking and reporting needs using Custom Fields. The pricing of the product is extremely reasonable for the many features eimmigration has. You can have many cases on there with each of their related forms. It allows for easy tracking of cases both for the preparation stage and after submission to the relevant authorities. Its easy to learn and constantly updating.

The training videos produced by cerenade make it very user friendly easy to learn for new staff or client users. Cerenade staff is friendly and responsive to questions and inquiries. The admin access makes it easy to set up custom fields and create custom queries to pull data for billing or reporting purposes.

I have been an Eimmigration/Cerenade customer for several years. I have been very satisfied with their product. It is easy to contact someone in technical support. They have updated their platform and the new version to me seems very easy to use.
